Small over big
A handful of people who care, not a department who doesn't. We'd rather do three things properly than thirty things badly.
Honest pricing
Free should be useful. Paid should be clearly worth it. No dark patterns, no anti-cancel screens, no pop-up upsells.
Plain English
We try to explain things in normal words. If we can't, the feature probably needs more thought before we ship it.
British by default
Built here, hosted here, priced in pounds. We answer our own email and we mean it when we say "ring us".
