Questions worth asking.
Are you actually free or is it freemium?
Free where we can be. Encore is free outright. For AI, the free plan is generous enough to do real work; you can also pay for higher limits or access to bigger models.
Do you train on my chats?
No. We send the necessary turns to the model that's answering for you. We don't keep training data, and we don't sell anything to ad networks.
Can I use the API with the OpenAI or Anthropic SDK?
Yes. Point either client at api.mimso.co.uk, use a key you mint in the console, set the model to mimso/max, mimso/pro, mimso/advanced or mimso/fast.
Where is the company based?
Britain. The team is small. We host most things in the UK or close to it.
What if I want a refund?
The first month is heavily discounted so you can try before committing. After that, we don't refund spent credit; if you've an unused balance and want it cleared, drop us an email.
